About PixFit

Exact size. Exact KB. Every form.

Who we are

PixFit is a product of BNM Services, a business in , Rajasthan. It exists for one recurring problem in Indian exam forms: the upload step that refuses a photo with “size should be between 20 KB and 50 KB”. PixFit turns that into one step: pick the exam, add a photo, download a file the form accepts.

PixFit is free for single photos and signatures and is paid for by ads and optional Pro passes. It is not linked to any exam body.

How presets are verified

  1. Every preset starts from the exam’s official notification or the official upload instructions, never from another tool or a forum.
  2. We record the pixels, the KB range, the print size and any extra rule (name and date strip, ink colour), and link the source on the page.
  3. Each exam page shows the last verified date. We re-check when a new notification is published, and any preset older than 120 days is flagged for review in our admin.
  4. We test the preset by making a file with PixFit and checking it lands inside the range.
  5. If someone reports a mismatch, we re-verify within a working day.

Today PixFit covers 27 exams; all of them are in the exam photo size database with their sources.

Editorial policy

  • Answer first. Each page opens with the size and KB range in plain words, then the tool.
  • Sources on every spec. We link the official notification and never present a guess as a rule.
  • No fake urgency or reviews. We do not publish invented testimonials or user counts.
  • Corrections are visible. When a size changes, the page and its verified date change the same day.
  • Ads stay away from the tool’s buttons and never pretend to be part of it.

Privacy by design

Photos are processed in your browser and never uploaded. Read exactly what we record in the privacy policy.
