Reporting a wrong size

Please include the exam, the document (photo, signature…) and a link to the official notification that shows the new size. We re-verify within a working day and update the page, the size database and the “last verified” date.

Refunds

Within 48 hours of buying Pro, email us from the address you paid with. Details in the refund policy.

We usually reply within one working day, Monday to Saturday.
