Terms of use
Last updated 1 Nov 2026. These terms are between you and BNM Services, , India, which runs PixFit.
1. Check sizes against the official notification
PixFit’s presets come from each exam’s official notification and show the date we last verified them. Exam bodies can change sizes, formats and rules at any time. You are responsible for checking the requirements in the current official notification before you submit a form. Each exam page links to its source.
2. Not linked to any exam body
PixFit is an independent tool. It is not run by, endorsed by or connected with SSC, UPSC, IBPS, SBI, NTA, any Railway Recruitment Board or any other exam or government body. Exam names are used only to describe which form a preset fits.
3. Your files
Files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us (see the privacy policy). Use PixFit only with photos and documents that belong to you, or that you have permission to use. Do not use it to alter documents in a misleading way.
4. No guarantee of acceptance
We work hard to make files that portals accept, and the result screen shows whether a file is inside the stated KB range. We cannot guarantee that an exam body will accept your photo or application, because their checks also cover things like face visibility and background. PixFit is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, BNM Services is not liable for a rejected application, a missed deadline or any indirect loss.
5. Pro passes
Pro passes are one-time payments for a fixed period (for example 30 days or six months). They do not renew automatically and no mandate is set up. A pass is for one person; the cyber café plan is for one business. Refunds follow the refund policy.
6. Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, scrape it in bulk, or remove ads by tampering with the site. We may block access that does.
7. Content
The site’s text, design and size database belong to BNM Services. You may quote the size database with a link to it. The PixFit name and logo are our brand; please do not use them to suggest we endorse something.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction. Questions: info@bnmservices.in or the contact page.
