Refund policy
Last updated 1 Nov 2026. Applies to PixFit Pro passes sold by BNM Services.
Full refund within 48 hours if the tool did not work
If you bought a Pro pass and PixFit did not work for what you bought it for (for example, files did not come out inside your exam’s KB range, or batch mode failed on your device), write to us within 48 hours of payment and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to argue your case; a short line on what went wrong helps us fix it.
How to ask
- Email info@bnmservices.in from the address you used to buy, with the subject “Refund request”.
- Include the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt if you have it.
- We confirm within two working days. Razorpay returns the money to the original UPI, card or bank account, usually within 5–7 working days.
When the refund is issued, the pass is closed.
Passes are one-time and never auto-renew
Pro passes (₹49 for 30 days, ₹149 for six months, and the cyber café plan at ₹299 a month) are single payments. No mandate or auto-debit is set up, so nothing is charged again when a pass ends. To continue, you buy a new pass.
After 48 hours
After 48 hours we do not normally refund a pass that has been used, but if something on our side stopped working for a long time, write to us and we will extend or refund fairly. Payments charged twice by mistake are always refunded.
Free tools
Single photos, signatures and the free PDF limit cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. See the terms for what PixFit can and cannot promise about exam acceptance.
