Privacy policy
Last updated 1 Nov 2026. PixFit is a product of BNM Services, , India.
The short version
- Your photos, signatures and documents are processed on your own device, inside your browser. They are never uploaded to PixFit or anyone else.
- We count how the tools are used (nine kinds of events, listed below). Those counts never include your image, its file name, anything you type, or your IP address.
- Free pages show Google ads, which use cookies. Pro users see no ads.
- If you buy Pro, we keep your email and payment record so your pass works and refunds are possible.
Photos and files
Resizing, compression, signature clean-up and the PDF tools run in your browser using your device’s own processor. The file is read from your phone or computer, changed in memory, and saved back to your device when you tap Download. No copy is sent over the internet. Closing the tab clears it. This is also why PixFit works fast on slow connections once the page has loaded.
What we record, in plain words
PixFit keeps its own simple log of these nine events. Each entry is a count with the details shown, and nothing else. If you came through a partner's link (see the partner code cookie below), the entry also carries that partner's short code.
| Event | When it is recorded | What is kept |
|---|---|---|
| page_view | A page opens | Which page, which exam, where the visit came from in broad groups (Google, WhatsApp, an AI assistant…), phone or computer, and the page language |
| preset_selected | You choose an exam or document | The exam and the document, for example “SSC, photo” |
| photo_added | You add a file | The file type (JPG, PNG…) and a rough size bucket, such as “1–3 MB”. Never the file or its name |
| file_processed | Resizing finishes | Whether the file landed inside the KB range, the final KB, the JPG quality and how long it took |
| file_downloaded | You tap Download | The exam and the document |
| pro_viewed | The Pro plans open | Where on the site they were opened from |
| checkout_started | A payment order is created | The plan you picked |
| payment_captured | Razorpay confirms a payment | The plan, the amount and Razorpay’s payment reference |
| error_shown | An error message appears | The type of error, for example “file too large” |
Our event log stores no IP address, no image, no file name and no typed name. Raw events are kept for 13 months; after that only monthly totals remain. We use them to see which exam presets work, find broken ones quickly and decide which pages to improve.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and where they come from. It runs with IP truncation. Visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom are asked for consent first. We also use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, which tell us which searches lead to PixFit; they do not identify you.
Ads
Free pages may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show and measure ads, and may personalise them based on your visits to other sites. You can turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. Ads are never shown to Pro users.
Cookies
- Login cookie: keeps you signed in if you create an account. Needed for Pro.
- Preference storage: remembers small choices such as a saved preset, stored in your own browser.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Google AdSense), as described above.
- Partner code cookie (
pf_ref): if you open PixFit through a partner's link or QR poster, for example at a cyber café, we save that partner's short code (like "sanganer-cafe") for 30 days and add it to the events above, and to a Pro purchase if you make one. It holds only the partner's code, nothing about you, and lets us see how many people each partner helps.
You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The tools work without an account.
Exam form alerts
If you ask us to tell you when an exam form opens, we keep your email, the exam and the page language, nothing else. We first send one email to confirm it is you; nothing more is sent until you tap that link. After that you get an email when that exam's form opens. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your email from the list. We never sell or share the list.
Choosing which emails you get
Every email that is not a login code or a receipt has a link at the bottom to your email preferences page. There you can turn off exam alerts, reminders or tips, or stop everything except login codes and receipts, without signing in. The link works only for your address. We keep only your email and these choices, and a short record of each email we sent (address, type, date) so we stay within sending limits.
The PixFit widget on other websites
Some coaching sites and blogs show the PixFit tool inside their page. The tool works the same way there: your photo stays on your device. We count how often the widget opens on each website, using only the website's name (like "example.com"), never your address or IP.
Accounts and payments
If you sign in, we store your name and email from Google, or just your email for a login code, and your Pro pass dates. Login codes are sent by email through Gmail (or Resend). Payments are handled by Razorpay on behalf of BNM Services; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details, only Razorpay’s payment reference, the plan and the amount. See the refund policy.
Who processes data for us
Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudinary (PixFit’s own images, never yours), Google (analytics, ads, sign-in), Razorpay (payments) and Gmail or Resend (login codes, receipts and alert emails). Each processes only what it needs for that job.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your account data by writing to info@bnmservices.in. We reply within seven working days. Payment records we must keep for tax law stay for the period the law requires.
Children
PixFit is meant for exam candidates. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian’s permission, and do not buy Pro without it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Important changes are shown on the home page for 30 days.
