US passport document kit: photo in the right size

United States passport (DS-11, DS-82, online renewal) asks for the photo at 600 × 600 pixels and 54–240 KB, all as JPG. This kit takes you through each one in order, keeps every finished file on your device, and downloads them together in one zip with the right file names. Nothing is uploaded.
